Atlanta Real Estate information
Atlanta Homes typically sell within 3-5 months, depending on the real estate market at the current time of the year. Homes are usually built with a traditional look, brick and siding, and craftsman styles are becoming very popular. Atlanta Real Estate really took off during the housing boom due to a large population increase. Home prices have finally started to decrease along with the rest of the country. I would highly recommend this great city in Fulton County. If city living is just too much for you, I would highly recommend venturing out into Atlanta’s fine suburbs. Atlanta holds some of the most beautiful suburban cities in the country. Cities like Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Peachtree City, and Duluth all have a great sense of charm! Home prices in the suburbs can vary, but property taxes are definitely much cheaper than living downtown.
