Kennesaw Education and Schools
The public school system is managed by the Cobb County School System. Many of the schools in Cobb County, including Kennesaw, enjoy great ratings on GreatSchools.org and have even been featured in national publications such as Newsweek Magazine. High attendance, low student-teacher ratios, and high-test scores have all contributed to the success. The two high schools of Kennesaw Mountain and Harrison are tops in the state of Georgia. Kennesaw State University is one of the largest Universities in the Atlanta Metro area, and has an excellent nursing and business program. Also just a few miles away Kennesaw, is the Woodstock location of Chattahoochee Technical College, which is one of the top technical colleges in the North Georgia area.
Kennesaw Real Estate information
Kennesaw Homes for sale typically sell within 3-5 months, depending on the real estate market at the current time of the year. Homes are usually built with a traditional look, brick and siding, and craftsman styles are becoming very popular. Kennesaw Real Estate really took off during the housing boom due to a large population increase. Home prices have finally started to decrease along with the rest of the country. I would highly recommend this great city in Cobb County.
