BCA offers “no-contact” and “limited-contact” experiences with “park at your door” conveniences.
Over 10 years ago, BCA was also one of the first accommodation companies to offer “At Your Leisure Check-in®”, where a guest can check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk 1 to 14-days prior to arrival. Then, on your day of arrival, there is no need to check-in at our management office. Simply go straight to the property address and unit number shown on your Arrival Instructions email, any time AFTER 3PM and follow the access instructions. Inside your apartment on the kitchen counter or table will be steps on how to complete your Arrival Check-in and information on your apartment, property, Wi-Fi access and parking pass.
Our studio apartments, 2-bedroom “Awesome” apartments and 3-bedroom apartment offer “park at your door” convenience, outdoor entry and only a single doorknob. Our 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom “Spectacular” apartments do have elevators but unlike a hotel, the building is restricted to residents and not open to the public.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our apartments. “Clean” is one of the most used adjectives in our reviews. Our cleaning protocols meet or exceed the CDC/WHO recommendations.
We’ve always provided anti-microbial cleaning products, TP & paper towels as part of our standard package of services. Those can be (reasonably) replenished at any time at no additional cost.
Having your own full kitchen with a real refrigerator allows guests to prepare meals “at home” and further limit exposure or the concern of limited restaurant services.
BCA apartments are located in walkable residential neighborhoods with limited traffic. There are several restaurants within walking distance (or a quick drive) with curb-side pickup and dine-in options. Meal delivery is also readily available.
Choosing to travel by car instead of flying? Your stay includes free parking. Need to stay connected via Zoom or other conferencing service? High-speed WiFi internet is also included at no extra charge.
